Adding a crypto wallet to the whitelist

To withdraw crypto from the platform, you must first whitelist your crypto wallet to your coinpass address book.
  1. Go to your Account Security Settings.
  2. Select Wallet Whitelisting.
  3. Click Add Wallet Whitelisting.
  4. Select the Crypto asset from the drop-down selection.
  5. Add the Wallet Address.
  6. Give the wallet a name (for example Ledger BTC wallet).
  7. Enter your 2FA code to add the wallet to your address book.
  8. Click the Add button.
  9. Done.
For security purposes, there is a 24-hour cooldown on all new wallets added to the platform.
