Adding a crypto wallet to the whitelist

To Whitelist an External Crypto Wallet Address, please see the following steps.

1. Access your Coinpass account: Begin by logging in to your Coinpass account using the link provided: https://accounts.coinpass.com/.

2. Navigate to the Security section: Locate the "Security" option from the dropdown menu in the top-right corner of the screen.

3. Initiate the Wallet Whitelisting process: Click the "Wallet Whitelisting" option from the left navigation pane. Subsequently, click the “Add Wallet Whitelisting” button.

4. Select Crypto Asset: Choose the specific cryptocurrency for which you want to whitelist an external wallet address.

5. Enter Wallet Address: Manually enter the external wallet address.

6. Assign Wallet Name: Provide a descriptive name for the whitelisted wallet address for easy identification.

7. Specify Address Origin: Indicate whether the wallet address belongs to an exchange ("Exchange Address") or is privately owned ("Privately Owned").

8. Select Exchange Platform: If you selected "Exchange Address" in step.

9. Enter 2FA Code: Provide the 2FA code generated by your preferred 2FA app, such as Google Authenticator or Authy, and click the “Next” button.

10. Review and Confirm: Review the information displayed on the acknowledgment page and check the box to confirm. Click the "Add" button to finalize the whitelisting process.

11. Whitelisting Confirmation: Upon successful completion, you will receive a notification confirming that the new crypto wallet address has been added to your whitelist.

To safeguard your account and assets, all newly whitelisted external wallet addresses are subject to a 24-hour cooldown period. During this period, you will be unable to withdraw cryptocurrency to these newly added addresses. This enforced cooldown serves as an additional layer of security to protect against unauthorized withdrawals.

Please note that only whitelisted addresses can be used for cryptocurrency withdrawals. To ensure seamless withdrawal processes, we recommend adding your intended withdrawal addresses to your whitelist in advance.
