Starting the KYC process

To begin trading crypto on coinpass.com, all users must pass a simple Know Your Client (KYC) onboarding process.
  1. Login to your account and press Complete KYC from the top banner.
  2. Enter your mobile number and you will be sent a link to continue the KYC process on your mobile.
  3. Click the link you receive via text message.
  4. Take a photograph of your Licence ID or Passport.
  5. Take a short rotational selfie video.
  6. Our systems will now match your data and onboard your account. You will receive an automated email when onboarding is completed within a few minutes.
  7. Once active, your account will be ready to make your first deposit and trade crypto.
