FAQ

How do i become eligable for the trading competition

• The coinpass team will calculate all trading volume on the platform and report on your trading volume each calendar month.
  
• If your account trading volume is greater than £1000 in a 30-day calendar month period, you will be automatically entered.
  
• You will be notified via email if you are a winner and the bonus balance added to your claimable account balance.
  

When will I receive my bonus?

• At the end of each calendar month.
  

Why haven't I received my bonus?

• You weren't at the top of the leader board for the monthly competition.
  
• You made a crypto or fiat withdraw from your account which resets your trading volume for the competition.

If I refer a friend, is there a bonus?

• This competition is does not include referral trading volume.
  
• You will still earn comissions on trading volume made by your referrals.

What can i spend my rewards on?

• All rewards and bonuses are creditted to your account in your local currency (GBP, EUR, etc)
  
• Some promotions will be creditted directly in crypto where stated
  
• All rewards can only be traded into crypto
  
• Rewards cannot be directly withdrawn to your bank account
