Login Issues? 

There could be a few possible reasons why you are unable to log on to the platform.

This could be due to the following:
1. Unverified Account
• Your account is not verified or ready to use. If this is your first time logging in to the coinpass platform, you will need to verify your email address.
• Please check your Inbox and Spam folder for a verification email from coinpass.
• For web browser users you may proceed with verifying the account using this link

2. Incorrect Email Address
• Are you using the correct Email Address? Please make sure that you use the email you signed up to coinpass with. Any other email addresses will not work.

3. Incorrect Password
• Have you entered the wrong password? It is common to have many passwords for different websites so please double-check the password that you have entered. Our recommendation is to use LastPass to store, generate, and secure passwords for your various platforms.
• If your last known password is still not working, please try resetting using this link https://accounts.coinpass.com/forgot-password.

4. Incorrect 2FA Code
• If you have an additional Two-Factor Authorization (2FA) security enabled on your account, please ensure you are entering the correct code as listed by your authenticator. We recommend using Google Authenticator on a dedicated device or Authy if you prefer to have your 2FA codes on multiple devices. Here is an article comparing the two authenticators.
• If the 2FA codes from your dedicated device are not working or the device where you had this feature activated is no longer accessible, please immediately reach out to support@coinpass.com to undergo standard security verification to reset the 2FA settings.

5. Blocked Account
The blocking of your account could be down to two reasons:
1. If you have never fully completed the signup process and 90 days have elapsed, then your account could be blocked for security and data protection reasons.

Please get in touch with us if you are unsure as to why your account has been blocked. We aim to reply to you within 1-2 hours.

2. If your account has been flagged due to suspicious activity you could also be blocked and must get in contact with support for further details.
