Reset your coinpass account password

Change your password via the coinpass platform:
  1. Select Security from the dropdown menu in the top-right corner of the screen.
  2. Select Password from the tab on the left.
  3. Click Reset Password.
  4. Follow the prompts to change your password and confirm.
Change your password via the login screen:
  1. Visit accounts.coinpass.com.
  2. Select the Forget password? under the Password box.
  3. Enter your email address. An email will be sent containing the link to reset your password.

    Note: Check both Inbox and Spam folders as it might go either way.
  4. Open the email and click the link which will then direct you to a New Password page.
  5. Set your new password.
  6. You are now ready to log in and start trading.
Reminder: We would like to remind our customers that every time you logon into our platform using a different device, you will be asked to verify your IP Address.
  1. Please make sure you check both your Inbox and Spam folder for an email from coinpass.
  2. This will have a Verify button that will allow you to login to our platform.
  3. You can now start trading.
