IP Verification & Whitelisting

To secure your account, we use IP address whitelisting technology to flag when a new connection is made to your coinpass account from a new location.

When you log in to your coinpass account via the web, your IP address is checked and compared to previous logons for your security. If a new location is directed, we will send an email to your inbox to confirm it is you.

If you receive one of these emails without logging into coinpass.com, contact support immediately and reset your password as your account details may have become compromised.
