Starting the KYC process | Mobile

To trade on coinpass.com, we require all users to pass the simple Know Your Client (KYC) onboarding process.
  1. Login to your mobile app, click the Control Center coinpass Logo button.
  2. Scroll down to the KYC Menu and click Start KYC.
  3. Enter your mobile number and a link will be sent to continue the KYC process on your mobile device.
  4. Click on the link you have received via text message (SMS).
  5. Take a photograph of your Licence ID or Passport.
  6. Take a short selfie video.
  7. Our system will now match your data and onboard your account. You will receive an automated email when the onboarding is completed, this usually just takes a few minutes.
  8. Once active, your account will be ready to make your first deposit and trade crypto.
