Resetting your password | Mobile

You can reset your password anytime on the coinpass mobile app.
  1. Navigate to your Control Center by clicking the coinpass logo on the menu bar.
  2. Scroll down to Password Reset.
  3. Enter your email address and receive a verification code to reset your password.
  4. Enter the reset code from your email.
  5. Change and confirm your new password.
If you receive a password change notification without your knowledge or instruction, please contact support immediately and ask for your account to be locked until further instructions.
