Making a crypto withdrawal | Mobile

After making your first crypto trade, you may also want to withdraw crypto to your external wallet or another exchange.  
  1. Navigate to your Control Center by clicking the coinpass logo on the menu bar.
  2. Scroll down to Wallets & Funding > Crypto.
  3. Click the Swap icon in the top right-hand corner.
  4. Select the asset you wish to withdraw, then click Withdraw.
  5. Select your wallet from the address book drop-down list.

    ‍All crypto wallet addresses must be whitelisted for 24-hours forsecurity purposes.
  6. Enter the amount of crypto you wish to withdraw or press Max for maximum withdrawal amount.
  7. Click Withdraw.
  8. You will receive a code via email, then enter this code into your app.
  9. Enter your 2FA security code.
If all codes match, your withdrawal will be queued in our crypto wallet system to be processed.
