Upgrading your account status – KYC

All users are required to pass a Know Your Client (KYC) process. When trading crypto on your account, there are no limits to how much you can trade.

When you wish to withdraw your crypto or fiat off the platform, additional KYC documents may be required for certain levels of withdrawals to be activated on your account.
  1. To upgrade your KYC status to enable higher withdrawal limits, navigate to Account Preferences > KYC.
  2. You will find your current KYC status with the ability to upgrade to a higher KYC status.
  3. Click the relevant KYC upgrade button to submit additional required documentation.
  4. You can start these processes at anytime to ensure no delays with your crypto/fiat withdrawals from coinpass.com.
