Change / Update Account Details

Login to your coinpass account and click Account to check if your details are correct or updated.

For security purposes, account modification is only available via email. In order for you to correct or update your details, please do the following:
  1. Contact coinpass support via email at support@coinpass.com or chat.
  2. Verify three (3) of your personal information: Post Code, Registered Email Address, and Contact Number
  3. Provide your new and/or correct details.
  4. Attached any of the following proofs:
    ‍
    • Driver's License or Passport (for Name and Birthday)
    • Proof of Address (for Address)

  5. Once done, you will receive an email confirming that your details have been updated.
